first backup full firmware with flash tol 3.2 it best reader for me. next format 0E000000 02000000 address it's work for me. dont read backup with spiderman, not good backup-ing firmware allways error

how to Format the Spread C800 without kill it with spiderMan

is thre's any change in format address ?

i use this format address (oxfe0000 - 0x4000) and also (oxfe0000 - 0x10000)

but it was not work.

how can i found language pack for chinese models with spiderman box ,i cannot open support for spiderman its blocked on my ip
i need portuguese , spanish , english language , sometime when i read flash i got phone without language only english ....
