bad support help[ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

when i try to UNLOCK OR RED HTC.. WINGS in the final step when say DISCONECT USB CABLE AND LATER RECONECT.. AL ALWAYS GET ERROR ERROR WHy??? i buy this BOX TO unlock htc that is the 1st.. use that i need and i not can DO NOTHING is a HERA110 HTC WINGS i click read codes when software say disconet usb cable i retire usb cable and later i conect again.. and when say RECONECT USB CABLE ACTIVE SYNC EXIST BY SELF.. i neD step by step

and i do not see STEP BY STEP STICKID in forum why all user are asking for this

titomilo i veen see like 4 or 6 post pof people whit same PROBLEM.. nobody can unlock this HERA110 whitmicrobox NOBODY....so i think support muy say to user in this momment are some problems AND ITS NOT POSIBLE UNLOCK PHONE hera110

i have see all this post about unsupport hera 110 i must fix that small bug but when i ask all people who have this phne for sell to me that mobile they told me cannot and in my country i don t find it so please if someone have that device and can sell to me or exchange to me contact me by sonork or pm

we try our best for fix some bugs look all other competitor what they support we have the best tool for htc 130 models supported and we do our best for fix if soem bugs appear like now i want hera 110 who not supported for see what s happen
