Seems it's a power supply selection between +3,3 or 5v to smart card

After more then two years,never open my box,today I break "warranty" sticker and solder two pins together. Thanks team.

Warranty is managed by our direct resellers ..

we actualy not give 6 month or 1 year , we give warranty and not look at what time was sold the box , as u can see we have very very rare HW problem and box get never faulty , maybe 0,1% to 0,2% of box only

so , i dont think will be a problem

this is my pcb i check this 2 pins and they are not connected . What is this black element over them ??? Must I connect these two pins ,because i dont know what function has this black element???
