microbox problem pls help - GSM-Forum

i am having problems with the microbox i have installed all drivers also registered the box on wednesday and got my user name and password on thursday but when i open updater it says:-

trying to connect: ok
serial no ******x
connecting server: ok
credit 0
status pending
checking usb updates: current
cheking fw updates: current

then the window just closes, and ontop if i try to open sagem,vodaphone or e gold it says wrong version(69) and closes, doesnt open, please help i have also posted a thread in forum but am having no luck please.

ive got exactly same problem matey mine now says error 1003,it was ok with old version just when i updated i cant use it .

ive got same problem now all i get is error 1003 cant use it says box found resseting box then says error 1003 and shuts down.

hi man u have to change usb working make update firmware and i m waiting for respond welcome to evreybody if there is any problem about microbox my msn [email protected]

To use latest module you have to update your box to latest version69, and don't use old modules.

thanks but when i open updater 2 it says the following:-

Your box is already with fw69 so just use sagem latest module MicroBoxSagem_cr V1.0.1.2 FINAL

search again m8, solution for error 1003 is given and many users have solved this problem, just do a little search in this section cause already discussed many times.

ys sir i have searched the forum and there is only solution to change the pc and try to update am already using a new pc not the old1 and also tryied to update in other pc but the updater exe after reading the box closed automaticaly. i have tryied in 3 pc,s and dont want to buy a pc for just use microbox.

if you have this message then your box have the latest fw version so no need update, you can use latest modules

If you have other message try to make screenshot.
We are working on new updater which works without problems, soon it will be announced.

here is the screen shot sir plz chek the problem . even i tryied in my laptop there i dont have instaled any program . micro box was the first . but w/o succes.
