samsung gt-b3310 ,i found B3310DXIL5 on support ,but original is

b3310dfII4 .

i need include malay chinese and english, can i use B3310DXIL5?

i think in DX must have chinise but not tested

did you flashed with usb mode ? if now phone is dead have simple way install spt 8.9.1 and use uart cable for flashing
