@SPTTEAM
Can u pls explain how to convert original file format to SPT format pls? as i need file to flash C3222 with SPT but the file in SPT format (.crz)is not available in support!

mark erase whole flash then try again its not about flash its about your phone had high version then u try flashing low version firmware
