problem unlocking kp500q telcel - GSM-Forum

Hi, i have a kp570q from telcel, for unlock, and first i flashed it with "KP570qAT-01-V10a-724-02-DEC-30-2008+4.bin" from support and unlocked it, but the screen does not lock, and if i want to send a txt the phone restarts.

I also try flashing with "KP501AT-00-V10i-214-03-FEB-05-2009+4.bin", and with its EEPROM backup, and same problem. please need your help.

KP570q and KP501 this flash not same model use firmware for KP570Q download from support.
