Recently i have had 2 s5230 in my service for boot repair, killed by Z3X.
Repaired boot on both with RIFF, and then, start flashing with multiloader. One of them went ok on the first try, but the other one i descover that is a little bit different, and it needs highest version to flash to be able to work normal.

Serial port problem, is eather of wrong boot, or corrupted drivers. So uninstall and reinstall drivers S5230 special drivers.

1.Repair boot with JTAG
2.Flash with latest version-XPJK,for example
3.Z3X is still killing S5230 while unlocking...

Same problem, I've 2 S5230 killed by z3x while unlocking.
Try to repair boot, choice S5230M, when I do full software this is result:
