Samsung s3650 (genio) - help in unlocking and flashing

Hi
I just purchased a z3x box and am having trouble unlocking these phones. I get the following message;

Selected model: S3650
Selected com port: COM38
Selected speed port: 921600
Connect phone(RJ 45 cable) and power on - press 2-3 second
Detecting UART port..... OK
Repower phone - please wait
If see on phone "Upload data to PC" - reconnect phone manually
Disconnect RJ45 cable and connect data cable(APCBS10BBE or compatible) to phone
Search modem ...
Timeout
Elapsed time: 89 second, sw ver: 3.3.0020

Do I connect this seperate from the box, ie. in a different usb slot? I dont have this cable, ill have to buy one tomorrow.

Also I want to flash these phones, they are currently vodafone. I want to debrand (uk), which file shall I pick? I used to have nspro and know to pick files marked with XA for uk. Also which files do I pick for flashing? The only files in support is;

S3650XEII3_BALTIC.zip
S3650XEII3_RU.zip
S3650XEII3_UA.zip

Hi I am using the 2 in cable. I tried again and get this problem;

Last version on support: 2G tools v3.3.0020
Selected model: S3650
Selected com port: COM38
Selected speed port: 921600
Phone must be ON
Search modem ...
Timeout - modem not found
Elapsed time: 60 second, sw ver: 3.3.0020

Sorry for the newbie questions but how do I setup usb driver. By connecting the phone with rj45 cable or direct usb?

ps - I did not get a e210 seperate usb with z3x. Can I use the e210+ as a seperate rj45 as well?

Thats what I dont understand sorry. Did you mean seperate usb cable? Or the usb cable in the 2in1 e210+ cable?

Also I dont understand how to set up usb driver, I have already installed usb from the z3x folder in program files.

Hi

Thanks for everyones help. There was no cable including in the box for some odd reason. I put the usb part of the e210+ cable direct into the computer, it recognised the phone but it could not find driver for modem. I downloaded the driver from a google search and installed and it unlocked succesfully. It worked and the phone is now unlocked. I have provided a link below for the modem driver for anyone who is in the same position.

I have now a question about flashing the phone. I have made a request in the thread linked above but no reply. Therefore I need to unlock with one of the files in the support area. The ones below;

S3650XEII3_BALTIC.zip
S3650XEII3_RU.zip
S3650XEII3_UA.zip

What is the difference between baltic, ru and UA? Is it just country codes? If so which ones include english language?

Also which files would I upload out of;
APPS
RSRC1
RSRC2
FFS

I want to upload for debranding the vodafone firmware on the phone.
