So it means our boxes are spoiled and can only use z3x card in pkey card readers or gpg universal interface tobe able to run the z3x softwares . If you use pkey card reader then it means whenever you want to use fbus (i mean rj45) cable you have to use infinity box comport.

Put the Z3x sim into a PKEY reader and away you go. I have fully updated the card and the new version of software. Unlocked Android phone 100% Crap sim card reader in box. Cheaply made but costa plenty.
No support comments!! must be sleeping. USTPro2, JAF .......... hope not

just pluged in a new pc and is now updating sim and program 100%

Now back to Brut Force unlocking with Nokia, Thats fun!!

just taken plastic back off device, the sim card reader looks like it has been in use for 10 years, very dull grey in colour, put some servisol on and cleaned up. now they look new, poped in the sim, pluged it back into the pc and bingo it works.

SO ANY ONE ELSE SUFFERING JUST CLEAN UP THE SIM CONTACTS INSIDE THE z3x BOX.

i read your problem and opened my z3x cleaned the card and it works completly ok nw thanks.....

I have the same problem, guess what, the only support i have got is deleting my post,
what a grate support.

for those keep asking me if i sort out my problem, check in market feedback i will make full comparison between this product and its customer service and other products, so you know where to invites your money.

my Problem is it see the Smartcard but z3x port doesnt work it sees the box as unknown device.

where are you z3x Team. i Need answer for my question i opened the box there is no damage inside.
what can be the Problem?
can i use other box Interface like nspro (tested also not working) or gpg universal?
who is selling only box without Card and cables?
