i have checked a lot when we use infinty best with z3x on same pc it mostly come its a driver issue nothing more

seems to be card driver error if you install card driver before please remove it from system properties and then go to hardware locate the driver and uninstall it.then restart your computer and connect again z3x box and install driver manually ..hope this will solve your problema..

smart card drivers not installed in device manager....when run shell smart card is detected but when run software card not found...i running win7 32 bit...help im new i bought it today...reseller said card activated

in google dowload Rockey 200 Driver

I downloaded rockey200 v2.5.61110...and remove drivers bundled with z3x shell..and Booom the rockey200 worked

I have the same problem, for some reason my z3x is not even reading my smart card in either shell or in samsung software... It was working like 3 weeks ago but now its not even in working. Cant even see smart card in device manager. I bought this box 6 months ago from gpgindusties. Please help guyz...

Look at the card and make sure is in box or shake a little

thanks for the help,I did shake around and everything even use the air compressor but no luck, tell me one thing does metal part of the smart card need to face upward or downward... I think it suppose to face upward... I read i might need to clean the card reader part of the box, i m scared if i do i will void the warranty or something
