UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Phone must be rooted!
If the software can't root the phone automatically,
then you must root your device manually.
1. Power on the phone.
2. Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options',
go to 'Settings'-'Developer options' and enable 'USB debugging'.
3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.

1. Power on the phone in download mode (turn off phone, press vol.down + home + power).
2. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
3. Press 'Reset FRP/React/EE' to deactivate Google/Samsung/EE account activation lock.
4. After phone reboot, go to settings and perform factory reset.

This is purely Z3X software issue

unlock for this model works fine. make sure you have enough server credit and also Samsung Pro Tool is updated to latest version. i have unlocked 4 of this model without problem.

This is purely Z3X software issue

From your logs you are using Octopus and not Z3X. post in correct forum. dnt blame z3x please.

I noticed that this model can be unlocked already when it has its original ESN. My question is, if I changed the cert file/ESN/IMEI, would I be able to still unlock the phone using the Z3X?
