I'm sorry that there seem to be some initial problems with the new service in Australia. I'm sure that the handling will improve with every day of experience that is made there now.

As far as our part of the service is concerned, the unlocking, I can assure you that we do it timely. We work on it as soon as we receive the phones. Also, we won't let you down in the middle of a job. When we accept a job, we finish it even if it means that a stay has to be extended or that staff has to be swapped.

My statement about Thursday means that our staff schedule permits to accept more stock on Thursday AND return it unlocked before we leave. Probably we'll stay even longer than that, meaning that we can probably accept stock after Thursday too. But at the time of posting, I didn't have any hard confirmation for that. Fernando is the best person to ask for updates on this.

Fernando told me to contact Melbourne...and Melbourne tell me that they are following orders from dm3 so it seems I was going in circles yet again...anyway I sent some more phones to Melbourne today for unlocking, they will arrive tomorrow. I hope they will be done in good time, please dont allow your guy to leave as long as there is phones there to be unlocked. If the service was not so disorganized I could almost meet the minimum requirement of handsets on my own so I am sure between us we can get a few hundred handsets per week if qty is an issue for you. Thankyou for your attention to this matter.
