K800 or K810

[GSM-Telecom]

Guys, I need some help here, when I enter this code >, *, <, <, *, <, * I see that it states the phone is a K810 yet on the sticker behind the battery, it says the phone is a K800i, I also have a problem with it receiving a good signal when connecting to a network, when I identify the phone it shows K810, any idea's?

[THE CLASH]

I had a customer with a w850, this Phone kept loseing signal, i flashed it a couple of times, each time i flashed it it would work, for a day or so, then lose network, so i did recover With Setool, which made the Phone a cid 53, but doing this CURED the Network problem.
Backup the phones security/gdfs, and Try, you might solve the Problem.

You know what the model is By the Apperance off the Phone,
But please Backup security/gdfs before anything else.
