Does not matter mate. His mobile does not turn on. HE can't flash it. First should resolve this problem, only after unlock the phone. If the phone gives error GDFS 29, it should be flashed with good firmware firstly

before doing any thing with setool you must do gdfs backup , now for unlock db2020 cid53 you must have rest file if not you can flash phone with cid53 flash file using use server + alternative bypass + complete phone+ unlock phone , you must have originale sim or test sim , if gdfs is corrupted and have not gdfs backup you will need to flash new gdfs with testpoint
