Please help, Im confused with this S500i

Mate I have got a S500i dead from customer,when flashed successfully it remains on Sony Ericsson Logo for about 1_2 minute after this phone turn on, I mean that phone turn on difficultely,I tried to flash with different versions and fully unlocked with Setool, Cruiser and cruiser suite via USB and Com cable but same problem remains ,when I see flashing logs there is no anything about GDFS Dmaging,So please guide me how to Solve this problem,if it is HW how it can be solved?

heri is phone identify logs:

well from your logs it looks like that the phone is not flashed. coz if you flash the phone it will generate the RESTORATION FILE automatically and after flashing when u identify it then it should give u the restoration file as well, while it is not the same in the logs posted by you. you better post the flash logs.
