Do not renames the file as OP3ZIMG.zip.zip bcoz in windows 7 extenstion is hidden so
only rename as OP3ZIMG nd try.

My Htc One M7 doesnt detect most of the times IMEI, Mobile Networks, baseband and of course my number, Informations above are from getvar all and my IMEI is always there in fastboot mode. Is it a software problem? I flashed a custom Rom hoping that it will fix the problem but it didn't. sometimes it detects everything but the mobile networks.

I really don't know is it harware or software, I changed the Sim-Card reader but that didn't solve the problem. Can you help me please?

Downgrade to old versions or s-off nd try other region firmwares
otherwise hardware replace baseband chip.

S-off is the best option but I didn't find a free solution.

With out s-off there is no way to dwngrd nd no free method for latest bootloaders.
