flash Success But no change ...... Any solution please?

Same problem with my M7
europe firmware not solve my problem
and I've tried to flash latest twrp recovery and venom rom but always the same
blank imei & unknown baseband
please help me

Custom rom's vil not solve yur issue, As i said before s-off yur device using
supported professional tools then downgrade or try other region files.

Note: 80 % this could be a hardware issue.

and everything has been done successfully.
