If you use ORB it will keep a current listing of whats on in YOUR AREA. My other option is Bookmark tvguide.com, but wait thats not it. You can use PICLINK from toysoft (if you need it let me know). With this app its kinda like SHARKLINKS if you ever seen it. Basically you can make an icon for that bookmark(s) in the Launcher menu. The cool part is you can use any GIF or Pic already taken. I have MB's worth of gifs you can use with this app. Check it out...its not TV Guide app but its dam close.

PICTURE LINK

Picture Link is system utility to create short cut links with customized picture on the Launcher. Short cut link can be launched on the Launcher just like any application. There are 8 different short cuts that you can create: Dial a phone number, Compose a new email, Compose a new SMS, launch a website, get Google map, launch a Kinoma streaming site, change Application’s icon and running application off the SD card and Play a PocketTunes™ Playlist.

You can even assign the short cut key to any hard button and instantly dial the person. All short cuts can be assigned to a hard key for quick launch.

If you are a PocketTunes user you can easily create short cut play list and instantly switch playlist without launching PocketTunes.

SMS and Email templates can be created. This will eliminate time consuming process to launch the SMS or Email application and then select New to compose a message. With short cut you can start typing as soon as the short cut is launched.

Picture Link is compatible with the PalmOS® Launcher and 3rd party Launchers.

http://www.toysoft.ca/piclink.html

The only thing that sux is you can't change ROM icons (I hide almost all of them with application panel). Other wise its a great app.
Hey MikeJone13...

No problem... I know you are a busy individual! (smile)

I'm not familiar with ORB so I'll have to do some investigating to find out what it's all about!

As for Picture Link... I've already downloaded it and am using it! I used it to create picture icons of my wife and children then associated the icons with their individual phone numbers! When I tap the icon it automatically dials their number. You are correct! It is great!

Thanks for responding and offering a solution to my problem... I appreciate it! I'll check into the "ORB solution" and let you know what happens!

1. Install the Keygen only and register with any number (the serial will display)
2. Delete the Keygen
3. Install a clean TakePhone and register

2Dial v.1.09
Haven't tried how the kg works...maybe same as above or may provide reg just by running

Use the kg's below...

New YouTube Player for Palm???

It's me again!!!!

Listen...

For those of you interested in viewing from YouTube I've located a site that offers software that says it can achieve that.

Below is the describtion from their website indicting what their software... TAbiVideo can do!

"We have just released a new YouTube/Google Video player, TabiVideo, for Palm OS. A demo version is now available for download at www.tabitek.com/downloads.html

It has keyword based and categorized search capabilities.
You can see video details including thumbnail images.

Please try it and let us know about your opinion..."

I haven't tried this software so I can't offer any opinions about it's capabilities. I just wanted to make everyone here aware of what is being offered when I find something interesting!

If you do decide to try it... let us know the outcome!

Holy crap I I just DL'ed it after seeing it on mytreo forum and I have to say its not too interesting...in my eyes. Kinoma 4.4EX already has a google and youtube search...in the media guide. If you don't have Kinoma I suggest to get it. Oh Ya, YC you can stream ORB through Kinoma and watch whats actually on YOUR cable tv. You basically stream through your PC. You will need a tuner card but their way cheap. This TabiVideo Player is not all that. All it searches is youtube and google. Can't even watch movies I already have on my card! Plus on my NEW 755p (got it in the mail yesterday ) just the buffering to connect to any video was way to long (45 sec to over 1 min ). The video quality is about as good as SPRINT TV APP (which SUX). But I would love to hear what others say about this piece of software before I try to patch it.

And I don't know if I mentioned this to you YC but orb is FREE. Really its the only way I watch tv on my treo. I hate that with mobitv you can't see whats on before actually clicking on the link and waiting for it to load. All though I have heard better things about Sling Box. But that is not free orb is.....

If you can make a list of the apps you want for MAC and I will see what serials I can get for you. Mac's don't really have KG's its mainly $erials to unlock them........Let me know.

ok, just downloaded limewire pro via torrents(small torrents are fast-- upto 135kbps) but the sad part is that it doesn't even work

over that i have already downloaded over 30% of one and over 40% of the other file

limewire wants to overwrite them and start from the f*cking beginning

ok, even that is fine.... but then it doesn't even download (just like ares, they have some wierd enemity like me with vista)

let's see how this goes.... after i finish these downloads, i'll look for a torrent thing on my mac

i already have speed download 5, but will have to check after my macbook returns this 5th (gone for upgrade of HHD, etc.)

Personally, I use Azureus to d/l torrents. It's free, has a decent speed, works on Win, Linux & Mac OSX...

Azureus implements the BitTorrent protocol using java language and comes bundled with many invaluable features for both beginners and advanced users:
  • Multiple torrent downloads
  • Upload and download speed limiting, both globally and per torrent
  • Advanced seeding rules
  • Adjustable disk cache
  • Only uses one port for all the torrents
  • UPnP sets the forward on your router
  • Can use a proxy, for both tracker and peer communications
  • Fast resume
  • Can set a default download dir and move completed files
  • Can import torrents automatically from a set dir
  • Highly customizable interface
  • IRC plugin included for quick help
  • Embedded tracker, host your own torrents, automate your shares (periodic scanning of a dir)...
  • Distributed Hash Table: host on it a completely decentralised torrent and/or benefit from it when the tracker is offline.
Many useful plugins are available:

Auto-adjustment of your upload and download speeds according to your network charge with Autospeed
  • Auto-download torrents with RSS Feed Scanner
  • Schedule upload and download speed limits with Speed Scheduler
  • Receive a mail when a download finishes with Status Mailer
  • Add numerous info on torrents (Extra seeding columns, Country Locator)
  • Remote control Azureus through the Swing Web Interface or the HTML Web Interface

Just my $.02

I download the mundu im that was listed here. I'm not sure how the patch works, do i install it over the original 4.1 or do I install the patch first then the 4.1 or do i just install the patch only. When I installed the patch only in keeps disconnecting for some reason. I downloaded 4.1 from the official site and the problem doesnt happen anymore. What should i do.
