8310 show Battery sign with red cross line .BIG error help - GSM-Forum

Blackberry 8310 show Battery sign with red cross line on screen.MFI process goes ok i also type start to pull it out from call mode but when try to flash with BB DM flash process also goes fine but at the end reconnecting to jvm & result: Multi stage etc. the phone still show battery sign with red cross line

before posting used search button tried all poss ways but no luck . ANY HOPE ?

I had the same problem twice and I just cleaned the battery contacts on both the pc board and battery connetor (open phone and clean INSIDE) and it work all ok!

same problem here i try almost all he stop on desktop manager at jvm reconect and nothing hapenend he show batery cross line

please see the "two connector (side the backtop holder)" behind 8310.....try to press soft that two connector
