I have bb 8310 after flash with bb desktop manager show me battery with red cross please help

try to flash it again with full charged battery

there are 4 battery terminals check the middle pins 2 and 3 terminals on the board check if they are or not connected to the board and use another battery to confirm.

brother i try all those method but no way somebody help me for solve this problem during flash process they said <<UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE LOADING OPERATION>>befor reconnecting to jvm

I have same problem, flashing stop on reconnecting to JVM, phone show battery with red cross

everything is ok now i have the solutuion full charge the original battery for your blackberry and flash it with the same battery the problem will solve tested by me after 1month ago my mistake was other battery bcoz when you try with other blackberry battery no way same error so all brothe when you meet this problem anywhere use the samme battery who came with fone and try to flash it sorry for my bad english merci
