Anyone know the meaning of Reconnecting to JVM?

I am flashing a bold using the loader /nojvm command but this still appear reconnecting to jvm. After that it will display: Unable to reconnect to the device during multi-stage load operation

I tested on 2 XP laptop both same results. 1 of the laptop is a fresh installed Winxp.

Can anyone tell me how to make my flashing successful? Thank you.

Regards

I downloaded and install V1.9.1 and did a wipe but while running the upgrade it still appear reconnecting to jvm. On the phone screen there is a battery icon with a / on it. Can anyone advise me what to do? I tested with and without battery using loader /nojvm command both end up with the same result.
