the storm can't connect to vodafone live.ro on a prepay sim
on the abonament yes
what to do?
need net

If the 9500 storm is not new, it will probably still have its pin locked for BIS (blackberry internet service) from the previous sim card. You have got to ask the previous owner to get the pin released, if you dont know who it belonged to then you got problems. the only solution is to get someone to change your imei/pin for you

go to options > advanced options > host routing table > menu > register now

check service books to see if you have all the apps ticked

I have same problem with bb 9530 from verizon, trying to used a sim from another provider but cant access internet. Host Routing table is empty.
