Blackberry 9800 torch camera not working i replace new camera still not working please help me..............

I have same problem. the camera can't start, just stuck on the black screen. I switched my friend's torch motherboard on mine. the camera is working. The motherboard or OS is defective, I think.
Hope someone here can help us.

1st try to update yore BlackBerry OS then check on hardware

also you can try to rehot your pcb and post results

Update the OS of your phone and then check the camera. Before opening the camera, close all the opened applications and keep good amount of memory free in your phone.

This is a common problem of BlackBerry Torch and the company needs to check the software of the hand set.
