BlackBerry 9000 joustick not working! , joustick was working left/right/up/down , but not working only when i push to open apps!

i hav blackberry 8820 and its totally dead there is nothing response even if i connect to pc or charger,,not charging, no red light, no white screen ,nothing ,, when i use multimeter to chk battery connector im getting buzzer on plus minus tips AND ther is no power reading on plus minus tips when i connect charger.. is it problm with charging ic or else? plss help me with this fone
