how to determine mep of a blackberry phones?

want to unlock but i dont know where can i find mep
of my 8100..

hi... i used that link.. got the mep reader, but it says cannot open phone. and what is 13digits simlock type of phone?? where to get that?

....remember to disable security lock(from security options) and memory connections (from memory options)

mep reader i cannot get that to work it just says waiting on phone does anybody have instruction on how it works also must you input serial number but what about simlock number.????????????
