Better you use DM 5.0 Buddy....

Which loader ?
Maybe u want to flash ur phone using loader
just Download DM5 and install it then u will see loader.exe in (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader)

what condition your 9700? if you want unlock, MFI not supported yet.
