I tried to update 8220 and ended up with Error 507,i didnot back up and my son coul not even remember software version , i got the firmware but still cant load and ended up into fatal error as decribed by the pictures

This problem comes from USB cable i faced

my advice change usb cable and try again it will be Done!

And follow this Procedure

i followed the procedure but came with the same error on display (Reload software :507)

first be sure you have full battery

if error again

update again use desktop manager

Basically your phone was wiped before you got it and now uninstall the OS reboot pc then install other OS & make flash

Delower10 that's right i got the fone while it was already wiped out, now you say i have to remove and install other os, which tool to use to install other os cause i have these two firmmwares.

To uninstall OS go (Start > control panel > add or remove ) u will see here which OS u have installed

To install OS just double click at (which u want to install ) & procedure inside

Actually the owner has told me that the BB 8220 is from T-mobile U.S.A

Download the firmware and make update

don't forget to delete vendor

help me...my bb 8320, it works fine basically, it's just that the speaker is so low, people can not hear me clearly..i've no idea how to fix it. a lot of times people i called just keep saying 'hallo' coz they cannot hear me speaking..any idea?
