just a bit of info here did you know the www.symbiansigned.com is allowing new registrations for all customers as long as you have a valid email address

thanks for your help.

however, after i signed the cert file, i copied the program into memory card and then also put in the map into the systems/apps/maps folder. after installation of program, i get a 'resource files are missing. please reinstall program' error.

may i get some tips and help from you?

thanks mate.

1, on your memory card goto \system\apps\route66\maps and copy your *.prm file to there
2, copy the signed app to the memory card
3, run the signed app from the phone, following all notices
4, load the route 66 mobile 7
5, select activate via internet
6, enter any 16 digit number
7, all sorted!

the symbian site is under going upgrades at the moment as soon as it is back online i'll post all route 66 cert files

Hey BuMobiles,

Just registered and downloaded the Devcertrequest application, unfortunately the app decides it doesnt want to load, with some investigation has been brought to the attention of Symbiansigned but has yet to be fixed. Do you or anyone know how else to request a dev cert without this app??
