Why are you calling it a permanent unlock then? Permanent unlock is when you can you use X-SIM ONLY once then put it away then can use any SIM after without the need for X-SIM ever again!!

Can be used, but its more stable if X-sim inside

PS : install SAM so you can see your Ghana network IMSI on it.
