Member: 200145 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1596786 Thanks Meter: 677 | as 'pakmobiles' mentioned in the log.. it is true tht,allmost all dct4,dct4+ phones are fails..while flashing...specially in cyclone!!!(but all latest/bb5 phones are flashing good in cyclone) the reason for this is : CP Extract Failed -> Phone not detected WARNING: Failed to extract CP 128 content pack fails in most of dct4 phones flashing in cyclone..(those phones are recoverd in other tools)..shure team has to fix this.. im not only facing this problem?all my frnds..also my customers..facing d same issue!! (im selling more & more cyclone boxes these days..but facing this problem!! may be as 'moulinsky' mentioned.. v can try to flash the phones..by connecting 9v/10v dc adopter with the cyclone box!! but,my reseller are making me fears!!!..they telling me,not to connect any dc adopter with the cyclone box..as it will kill the box!!! so,again..im asking the same..xactly can i connect dc10v adopter wth the box?? if i did so,whether..it will solve dct4 extracting content pack fails problem?? if i did so,it wont damage my box?? GUIDE US......... THANKS IN ADVANCE..... |

Member: 947561 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 14,053 | @ .::koolfriend4u::. You can plug any PSU 9V/10V with The positive (+) on the internal pin without any problem in the AC socket of the box. I use a 9V DC psu of a BT modem since I have the box and the flashing Job using the GPG cables series pro 8 pin with the TX2 adapter are incredible.. As well helps a lot in the flashing of the dct4 mobiles requiring more then 5V to write in some flash memories. So don't be afraid, just pick a good stabilized PSU in that range and use it.
