5800 version 20/21 Have Protected PM308,1 But in
Version v30/300 Have Protected Both Simlock Fileds. PM120 and 308 If You Upgrade/Downgrade Phone With This Version, PM120 Get Unprotect and SL array Become Damage.

So Do not Upgrde Your phone with V30/300

try again the SX4 as the error in the stage 1 is more an internet problem then a mobile problem.. may be a slow connection.
about the mix-up of version is normal as the version 21 is an hybrid in some product codes.
