Hi,

6500s MCU SW 9.40 is not SL3, you can unlock it without any problem ..

It is an easy unlock for cyclone .. just remember to use the tx2 adaptor (yellow cable) and to do the back-ups (PM and RPL from phone) before doing click on unlock

don't try with cyclone (Result in contact service).use another box to unlock it.

Don't give fake informations... Unlocked 3 mobiles of this version without problems on 3 UK..
If you get contact service is only for the power problem.. use a tool like TMA and you won't.
