what happen to my box after i update my box was not work check the log

Nokia DCT4/WD2/BB5 Service Tool Initialization Started, Engine Revision: 1.0.0.7828
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Bootloader]
Initialization has failed -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode

Started credits checking procedure at 9:00:54 AM
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Bootloader]
Failed to Check Credits -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode

Started card reading procedure at 9:01:34 AM
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Bootloader]
Card reading error -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode

pls reinstall your software and also your box driver...

Unplug and replug to USB and Launch DCT4/BB5 tab again
look at bottom mode of cyclone box must gets changed if not then reinstall all...and box must ask for Drivers 2 times...

i try update again but still no lock wat happen my box before i update working good

Replug to another USB port, upgrade again.

TRY TO USE DIRECT usb PORT FOR MAINBOARD not use HUB ot PCI-USB adaptor

For me work with PCI -USB Adaptor but new not work work direct on mainboard adaptor !!!!

TEAM REPARE PROBLEM !!!!!!!!!
