am new but having error on flashing pls help

i just bought my box today and run updates every thing goes well but if i bus check phone i get error plz somebody help me

a) use the TX2 adapter (the yellow cable in bundle with the box)
b) Tick "use old/loaders/protocol"

I have used the tx2 adapter and tick use old protocol loaders even the second time tick both tx2 and use old protocol but no luck but if i conect the phone to any other box like mxkey or ufs hwk it will check well what shall i do again?

and plz is in the service port that i put the adapter or do i have to put it in diagnostic port

thanks all is a falty box and my reseler have changed it, thanks.And my question now is when will cyclone support sl3 in all pc and not only supper pc
