i have a problem with cycolne box .he can't flash any bb5 phone.. also dct4... showing this msg....

Your phone is most likely dead, and cant be patched properoly.
Untick "DOWNGRADE" and other pre/post flash tasks,
and flash it again.

its contect service 5310.... flashing ok but still cs...sir
now what i do....?? can u tell me sir..

make selftests to see CS reason.
