c3-00 question [Both counter blocked - not unlockable] - GSM-Forum

i have 1 units c3-00 from telcel mexico.
when i read lbf data software say counter is blocked and wont to read phone for unlock.
is have any chanse to read lbf from this phone or not?
i try to reset counter but without sucess

any help?

Counter block mean you cannot unlock via fbus and via keypad.. And please post info log

i post log tommorow,but i cant read lbf log because soft say fbus and keypad counter is blocked cannot create lbf data
