I have downloaded to 4.90 (i have readed in others forums that you can use too 5.22) and then unlock which cyclone ok

i donwload one exe, buy i dont know that can i do with it?

Firs time you must install that exe, after that open DCT4 tab from cyclone and you'l find there...ini, it will apear there alot of ini, you must select Rm298. Under ini line there is one more, there you must select ini for your country..anyway select one of them just for flash will be ok. Cyclone will select automatic mcu ppm and cnt. Press flash and enjoy.
If tou don't understand what i wrote here use search you can learn alot searching.
