Quick Question

I have 1 iPhone 4S with 5.1.1 locked to Croatian network VIP HR.
Cyclone Box is showing for IMEI that phone has 5.1 (not 5.1.1) and that is SIM locked: Yes, but the phone has been officially unlocked couple of hours ago.

Why is it reporting incorrect version and wrong SIM lock status? Can this be Apple server side problem??

It is neverlocked/factory unlocked, it's normal.

yea that's correct. when factory unlocked it shows the carrier it was activated with. deactivate and activate with any other sim and if it is authorised carrier it will show that
