I have reinstaled driver and setup but always give me this error:

Nokia DCT4/WD2/BB5 Service Tool Initialization Started, Engine Revision: 1.0.0.7396
Initialization has failed -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode

Bugs?!, I agree with you mr. Imamchoo but, i think Cyclone team is not sleeping, we have to be patient.
Cyclone is new and is normal to have some bugs..

this happen with worong firmware u need to update firmware egain but must sn delate from server by cyclone team to make update again.

hello
i still pm and send msg and post ticket in official site, and contact cyclonebox, honey, and siroya.
and still no one answer me.

this is 2 day and my box just connect in bootloader mode, after lunch dct4/wd2/bb5 module box disconnect and just power al the led in box.

i tray reinstall restart pc, change pc to laptop, change cable, change OS to XP sp2 and XP sp3, but no chance.

pls till me how to fix this trouble.

i still have the some problem, i update my box 4 time each time it work night and after next moring not work and i wait support to alow me update to solve the problem. and again work after update, and after return to the same problem.

i think its a hw problem, not FW.

i check my reseller like mr honey tell me.

Unplug all dongles when you try...

off course when i connect my cyclone no dongle wosnt connect into my pc.

Unplug dongle a few times, reconect and try start software everytime.....it works to me
