hi, i keep on getting this error, ive installed the flash files from the phoenix support module in the application.

ive done abit of reading up and read that i can change the settings.ini file and add a \ at the end of products and try again.

well ive tried that and i still get the same error.

it only happens on the dct4 tab and it works on the bb5 tab

You get this, because the flash files dont have VPL file inside, and Cyclone read the VPL file to retrieve variants.
Oldest flash files have INI and newest have VPL.

Then check the VPL file format, search my post about it....

Ptt is ptt, not moulnsky, if moulnsky he will guide and help too much in this issue.

Yes, you rigth, im not Moulnisky, Cyclonebox, Honey or SiRoYa, im only a forum member ( with limited knowledge ) who sometimes post here... nothing more....

I will say that you guys are right. Ptt is just ptt and no Moulnisky, Cyclonebox, Honey or SiRoYa. I will add this He has more knowledge and expertise in this area (Cyclone Box forum) than any other user that I've met so far besides He really cares about people that need helps ALWAYS trying to do his best in explaining and find solutions even Moulnisky agreed it in posts placed before. He has help me a lot to understand most of the things here and giving me hints and tips how to better understand the GSM arena, teaching me step by step with a lot of patience sacrificing his time. At the begging I had no idea how to use cyclone box now I have a better idea of the whole picture thanks to ptt. Since I am just a rookie and nothing else I will say that is a fact I have learned almost everything I know with him. I will also add that Moulnisky has helped a lot too.
