help help help!!!!!! my box fail today!!!!

help friends pleace,,sr from support,,today come to me some phones to unlock and i unlock the phones,,and i leave the box connected few minutes until i get an 5300 to flash,,but when i try to open the dct4 bb5 program,,,always fail,,,the box maintenance work fine,,but i can't work because the program not recogniza my box,,,this put when i try to open

Initialization has failed -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode


i need your help hurry please,,i don't know what happend!!!! just got my box one month ago,,and i need the solution for this problem or know if i need to send my box to guarantee!!!!

Did you try to use another usb port for the box to see if same error appears ??
Looks like no driver found ??

i try this friend,,i put in two different ports and same error!!!

Unintall drivers and reconnect the box to see if it ask for installing....if not may be an HW problem.

if i uninstall the drivers and connect the box the pc askme for the drivers!!!

problem solved friend,,,thankyou!!!!!! only uninstall the software,,erase the cyclone folder from c,,,and reinstall everything!!!!

heyyyyyyyyyyyyy this problem happend again,,,i can't use the dct4 bb5 software because the same problem,,,i repeat the solution that the last time,,but this time not function,,,this box have problems with the drivers from other box???? or what happend,,,,i need work with the cyclone and i can't!!!!This can not continue like this!!!!

Can you please tell which boxes do you use in the same computer?
I use Cyclone in the same computer where I use as well:
NS-Pro, Vygis, Se-Tool, HWK
And I've no problems...

dear juan check the anti virus you install in your pc, i got the following boxes working with cyclone, nspro, infinity, smartclip, setool, cruiser, mssbox, nooox box, without any problem, the good thing is that box is ok all you have to do is just findout what is your drivers problems

i formatt my pc and install only the cyclone software and drivers,,,and same problem,.,,,,when i connect the box,,this enter in bootloader mode,,but when i open the dct4 bb5 software only light on the 4 lights of the box and the program put the box is not connected or not in needed mode,,,,i do everything and the problem persist,,,i think that i need talk with my reseller and see if he can change my box for the guarantee,,,,but its long time that i lost!!!

Upgrade your box main firmware then.

so in this case you think is a software problem not a hardware demage, i ask you this cause i was talking with mate and told him the same thing i dont thing thats a hardware problem i just get the box one month ago i dont think hardwere is to weak to get demage in one month, but tell me one thing how is posible to get that error

It may be just firmware corruption, in case just upgrade by maintenance window should help

mr cyclone,,and celltown,,i do the function of maintenance box many times,,,,this is the only function that works,,,,the box only work in bootloader mode,,,when i try to work with other function like dct4 bb5 or support or card manager everytime is box not in needed mode or not connected!!!!!and the man who sold me the box tellme that maybe not giveme the guarantee!!!!!
