How to use cyclone box to remove Contact service In BB5 Phone EX: 5310...
Just 3-5 short click.
You must have the latest version pack of cyclone box.
-connect your phone.
-Then go to bb5 & security tab
-Use rebuild RPLFrom Phone
and wait the time of generating RPL. after that cyclone give you the choice to save rpl file.
-Save your file.
-after that try to write the Rpl With checking plain rpl
and erase security.
Finally power your phone with battery and magically Contact service is gone.

better to do self test first and see what test fails.

2. for bb5 not only yellow cable to be needed
but it is including backup rpl, pm, certificate.

3. we do trade on 100% cyclone to solve all phone.
try another software.
still remeber, before do anything, backu rpl pm crt. ext.

We are speaking about contact service when the security zone is damaged.
so when you do self test you get fail in sec zone this solution rebuild sec zone.
for destroyed imei you must read ask and post it to get real rpl with full config key and imei number and fbus counter rested.

in dct4 with cyclone you can calculate full RPl they took 1 credit in dct-4 and 2 credits in dct4+. good luck

i m stucked with 5310 nokia RM-303 since many days

in the process of unlocked, mobile got imei 123456... and then contact service

now after writing certificates and flashing... i get this problem

Immediately after the SX4 authorize you must write the PM 1 and 309.. without this the sx4 authorize is useless..

i tried this procedure on contact service nokia 3500c but it never worked. whts the problem?

The 3500c is a BB5 SL1 phone Rap3gv3
is better to fix the contact service problem you follow the guidelines of this othe post
