Master, very uncommone problem about 6303c, please reply. [ solved ] - GSM-Forum

Hi Master, phone model- Nokia 6303c, RM-443, Product Code-0585253. i can't check SW Ver. when i flash phone. cause phone problem was software.
( phone power on then logo show and off) .

i flash phone with latest version - 10.12 according to product code.

now phone is on and work well. but one problem that when i goto manu/contact/ and select NAME phone is hang. no key work. but phone power on/off switch is work.

only problem phone hang when i select NAME from contact menu.

please reply for solve my problem.

after factory reset, working well but after few second it's same hang.

i just one advice from you, can i full erase and downgrade ver 6.21, 6.40, 8.10, 9.10 ?
i have backup RPL, PM, all cert.
please for reply.

Before doing this try without the memory card if there is one in the phone.
If still problems just flash it again with "new downgrade" ticked: it will full erase the phone and do all the needed job with one click

and last one that have any chance phone country lock after erase. this phone came from south africa last 2 years ago.

the mobile risks to be looked again.
Just make a back-up of the PM and won't be a problem as the unlock code is stored in the PM 120,3

No problem about which version select as using the "new downgrade version" any flashed version of firmware will be equally fine

Hi Master , i use "NEW DOWNGRADE" and flash sw ver. 8.90. flash ok. but phone on then off. just like to seem software problem.

i flash phone again with latest version 10.12 . phone now on but same problem that when i select name. send (yes) key not work. phone is hang. power switch and volume key working. but no key work when select name.

br. Mahmood and br. Ihsan, informed flash with latest file. i think nokia 6303c, RM-443 latest version is 10.12. i download from nokia data manager, and from fire agent. two different site but same product code. i using FBUS cable and USB cable. and what more next . please reply. thanks again.

Master, now one new problem that after flash phone is running 5/6 min. then again switch off after switch on , phone show only nokia logo. then after 1/2 min. phone off. i am waiting for your reply. i have chance or not !
