I tried with JAF , MT , CYCLONE , and UB . but all are giving error

I'm wondering , if it is hardware , then which part of hardware should i touch. ??

But it shouldn't be hardware , coz phone is brand new , and customer was just trying to update via pc suite.

Thanks
