make sure phone is in testmode.use tma adaptor to be able to have stable testmode.it will be unlock 10000% tested.

Use the latest version - Cyclone7828NCK - works just fine and has all latest unlock data. Don't forget to uncheck sx4, back up pm, certs, and rpl from phone. Also - if you have 8 pin tma don't connect it directly but to yellow tx adapter with a switch set to 10V.

And most important think:. for N96 use Calculate NCK codes...
press power on on the mobile before answering yes when asked to calculate them.

As moulnisky said, use 7828 Build, and then software will ask you whether calculate code or do old unlock.
Use NCK unlock and codes will be out.
Keep note you might need restore your NPC right now in order to calculate codes. (write npc backup, all necessary info regarding this you can find in stickied threads).

Thanks for all, i use latest version but i see later if look it ,simlock profile is 00000000.Before i get this phone some user can unlock it with UB but cant it. I try also but cant, i make all solution but always faild.

I use this box just for 4 days but is a great box ,,,i like it

I flash it (usb) 6500s, N95 8gb..is work fine !

Again thank to supporters to answer in the future i hope can help if have some problem.
