If you have FULL RPL, after FULL ERASE you have to:
1) Write firmware;
2) Write RPL;
3) Authorize SX4 and write PM1-4-309 (other fields are unnecessary).
Check PAPUBKEYS. If after flash is still blank, consider to flash ENO firmware before Stage 1.
