pls help me, i read nokia 1600 info and the imei was good but after flashing the imei appears like ??????????????. what should i do to restore it back.

if you dont have backup, just send me IMEI number via PM, i will help to give RPL for you for free

Try with this tool its free.
Enter your asic type fter that enter your original IMEI and calculate rpl.Next write this rpl in your phone.

The only reason why you can get it is that the mobile was before imei patched.
read the uem imei and generate a dct4 rpl.
