"Phone not detected" - unlock fail - GSM-Forum

Phone:
NOKIA > RM-364
Is dead after i tried to unlock it.
I did all backups except PP and PM.
I tried to reflash and restore RPL but when I tried to import backup of sim (SL5) or "Read info" then I getting error "Phone not detected".

cannot get phone in local mode to work. i can write everything to it without problem (except SL5) but i cannot read back. and i always must chose bypass SX5.

i can start phone now and use it for a while then it rebooting by itself. i used just Cyclone-box to make backup of certificates. PM308 is name of backup in UFS-box software. is it way to fix it?

it's nokia "3120c-1c". even after restoring of RPL i getting that error and phone just rebooting by itself after restoring of NPC
