Please help! it is urgent!!!


I did unlock nokia 6500s, phone unlock ok( i USED YELLOW ADAPTOR AS WELL) . However when i turn it on it said: CONTACT SERVICE

pLEASE HELP ME TO FIX THIS PROBLEM

what happen if Certs Not back up, how can I write it back?

By the way, Please let me know which steps to unlock BB5 safety and will be back up evrything when i get problem?

If you used Cyclone to do the unlock for sure you have the certs back-up .. as the unlocking is not processed without.
As well unthick when you do the unlock where says "bypass sx4) as is not needed any more.
be sure the version of software are you using is the 7828 and the firmware in your box the 1.05.
Personally I always do, before the unlock, back-up PM and rpl from phone, but is only to test the local mode and to keep a database of the phone data.
A tool like TMA adapter in my opinion is essential when you work with the BB5 and as well always connect your TX2 adaptor (yellow cable) when working with the BB5 phones.
